I whole heartedly apologize for the vagueness that i left in the post. In my defense, i am really sick and dizzy.
As people figured out... i did not mean to say we arent scoring enough. But i meant to say, some players are going to get slighted out of points. Boner has a good 1st period and puts in 2 goals, cogs scores on a breakaway in the second, and all of a sudden the team plays "by the score" to protect a 3-0 lead and getz maybe doesnt force the issue to score in the 3rd.
With the whole team scoring, guys are going to contribute, and not show up on the scoresheet.
Youngsters, like etem and palms and silf might play a good game, but due to other lines chipping in, they might not put up the numbers they would on a poor, offensively starved team.
My post should have said, "cut some guys a break before you start knocking the fact they havent scored lately or they arent putting up some megapoint season".
