I read a reply in one of the insiders' Tweet about this list. The guy who replied said he is an acquaintance of one of the scouts (didn't name who). He said the scout worked for a long time and rose through the ranks. And last year was the only draft he took part in.

So they even let go a whole bunch of staff that just got there. So it wasn't just staff that was there a while and owners weren't happy with the results of their work because they had ''seen enough of it'' and weren't pleased. They also got rid of people who didn't get a chance to show what they can bring to the organization in their respective departments.
