not sure what he is saying half the time but when he says something that coincides with a particular issue or event it's probably him getting in his ideas or shots on it.
clearly though, he sees himself as a great 'motivator'. I wonder if it was his idea to bring in motivational coaches that seemed to have no effect on anyone anyhow.

IMO when he talks about "coaches" he's talking about athletic coaches not HC's. anyway, it looks like Friesen will be hanging around unfortunately.
