Yeah he certainly didn't shy away he knew he had to be the difference maker and he was. Kids good .
As a former Hound...Fernie is a smiling!
Top line comes up big in a 7-2 against UMass to advance. Hope we keep it up - Providence has had us this season.
I like the idea of a big line that can gobble up ice time. Haven't seen it since NU's great line if Huck- Martell - Sherlock, back in the mid seventies. And I was there!
Looked but couldn't find the game on NESN. Guess it's gonna be broadcast on ESPN3.:
WatchESPN: Live Sports, Game Replays, Video Highlights
I saw tonight's game is also listed on NESNPlus.
Yeah it just popped up for me. Not sure why it wasn't showing on my TV schedule earlier. Guess we gotta wait for BU-BC to get done.
We play our first game against Michigan in Worcester. Anyone going?
Won't take the flight to MA for that, but I'll make the drive to MN if we manage to make the Frozen Four.
Just got my ticket. First time at an NCAA tourney game. Super pumped.
.Can't win a game with 3 SOG in the 2nd. Michigan bottled up the #1 line and outskated em. Tough way to end a great season.
nice trophy for Gaudette, hope the kid has a fine NHL career now!
Nice new banner for Matthews!
Any first hand impressions of Jordan Harris?
Big win last night to get the split with UMass
Lets win another Beanpot!!!
And They did !!! NU 4 BC 2. Way to go Huskies!!!!!
Northeastern with both banners up at the garden. Amazing.
Fell flat on their faces against Cornell...a great season none the less!
How is the defence shaping up for next year? Looks like Habs pick Jayden Struble will be headed to Northeastern this fall instead of playing a year in the BCHL first.
Huskies are dropping games they really shouldn't be if they're looking to compete for a spot in the NCAA tourney this year. They have the talent to be at the top of Hockey East but just aren't getting things done. Lost last night to PC so hopefully we can split the series tonight at Matthews.
Sam Colangelo will officially head to Northeastern next year:
