Oh Benny...I went off the rails for a bit! Hold on as long as you can.
Had a donair one day, followed by back to back days of Chinese food, followed by a day of fish n chips with a roll on the side....then also potato chips as a snack on multiple nights.
Gained 2 lbs back...lol.
So today making sure I get back on track!
I had a hoagie for lunch, followed by Popeyes 5 pc spicy tender with slaw,
yes next morning, I had an emergancy trip to make a special number 2 delivery , that toilet ordered 10lbs lol
