Salmon sushi. I kinda love making sushi now. I’m getting better and it’s so interesting to try new things. I made a ponzu mayo sauce and rubbed it on top and then torched it. Completely changed the flavor and texture even though it came from the same fish

That is some beautiful food.

These additions were not initially very popular.

One of the major reasons why my best bud hates Canada.

It was pretty simple. 99% sure this was the recipe we used. Flour, salt and pepper in one bag, a couple eggs in a bowl and then corn starch and breadcrumbs in another bowl. Sauce is just mayo, thai chilli sauce and sriracha. After we sauced them up, we put them back in the air fryer for another minute or two.
