I live down the street from a park. I think they do a fireworks show there plus you whatever people are doing at their homes. It seems like it’s mostly stopped though.

Yeah, I’m still getting used to my new grill. The steak heated up a bit more than I expected during the sear stage. It was still delicious, though. And I even have leftovers, which is rare for me eating red meat.

Beverage for the other night, good, but it “felt flat”. I don’t know if I’m describing that well enough. I had to give it a heavy pour to get a little head on her.
The cape may os very grapefruity, not a fan, but it’s not inedible.

Fish at times can be on the shelf too long if you get it outside the brewery, they do date the bottles. Also have to be careful if the beer cycled temps. I live close enough I get it fresh from the brewery.

I probably could have trimmed it down a little bit. I didn't realize how thick it was before I started cooking the steak. I guess I also could have held it on it's side a bit longer during the searing process.
