I really should expatriate myself. It's getting ridiculous having to deal with 30+ degrees celsius in the summer, a situation made even worse by Montreal's crumbling concrete.
I spent one whole summer in Montreal during my studies at Poly, when I did an internship there, and it was awful. Quebec City is more humid on average, but at least the temperature often goes below 20 during the night in the summer (even during heatwaves, like right now). In Montreal, going out during the night during a heatwave - and I lived on campus, not downtown - felt like stepping inside an indoor pool locker room.
