LTIR for Clarkson currently enjoys the same level of potentiality that a Tyutin buyout does, if you based potentiality solely on what the organization has indicated it will do regarding the player.

Well, if this is still true then we have 100% chance of LTIR for Clarkson. :D

Not wishing anything bad on Clarkson, but that sure would provide more cap and roster space relief - that and if he will waive any NMC/NTC that may/may not be in play for the expansion drafts that are on the horizon.

Well it would free up a roster space for sure; the cap relief would be non-existent this year unless we acquire a big ticket to push us over.

Could come in handy down the road.
