Same. I flirted with them but the magic just wasn’t there like it is with the Jackets. I’m still fond of the Canes but my boys are my boys.

Win tomorrow in Buffalo and have Pens beat Canes and the Jackets will pass the Canes for WC1.

Next 2 games for the Canes are crucial against Pittsburgh and Toronto. I think what they do in those 2 games will go a long way towards dictating the WC1 spot since their last 2 games are against non playoff teams.
