What is your top 5 goaltender for this competition?

And the goalie you like the most....

It's my choice:

1. Brodeur
2. Luongo
3. Vokoun
4. Lundqvist
5. Conklyn

but my preferred is Martin Gerber (the sixth?)

It's a very hard choice, a lot of awesome goaltenders will play in Austria

Are you going to put him ahead of Brodeur? :snide:

ofcourse!! :thumbu:

Nah but I think he has a place somewhere below Luongo. He has to play better than his best to be the champion I think!

Where did Conklin play when Tim Thomas set the new shutout record of the Finnish league with like 15 shutouts?

I have no problem with that ranking...this season really proved to me that the NHL status does not make one holy.

Once again, Vokoun gets underrated.

1. Brodeur
2. Vokoun
3. Luongo
4. Lundqvist
5. Dipietro

I'm not even sure Luongo should be in these lists cause he probably won't see many games..

no way vokoun is better than luongo...dunno if you rate it that way because it's a tourney and luongo might not see as much icetime, but he's definatly a better goalie than Vokoun IMO

I think FlyLine's post looks pretty good...bout how i'd put it.

I've just never been terribly impressed by Vokoun...he's good definatly, but i don't think he's on that "other level" and I think Lundqvist has, for one, been playing at that "other level" lately at least, and has a good chance to stay at that "other level". I've liked how he looks compared to Vokoun

Vokoun gets underrated because he absolutely sucked balls this season. He was a total sieve in IFK and he blew donkey dick against finland in the practice game...

Vokoun has had a horrible year, he will NOT take the Czechs to finals...they have to switch to Hnilicka......sooner or later.

I want Hnilička too. I don´t trust Vokoun at all. I have a feeling he will sooner or later screw up big time (Czech - Finland game style :shakehead )...I want to be wrong though :)

The best goalie in the first four games: the Belarussian, Mezin

To those of us who've seen all four games: that's a fact.

But, of course, the tourney continues...

I haven't seen Belorus play, but the stats are convincing.
