Honestly... in 1 year he was worth his entire contract and the full trade. If he does nothing for the rest of his career, it was already worth it.

Yep. When you a trade for a guy who's your leading scorer (and my choice for MVP) in the playoffs the year you win the Cup, it's 100% worth almost anything.

What i like most about the '16 Cup team is there are so many players who other teams simply threw away that were intergral to the success of the team. Phil, Hagelin traded for a UFA, Daley, Schultz. Could even put Bonino in there.
