I have been doing this ( a thread for the Playoffs ) for the last couple of years. It is a little different this year with the Avs making it, and I know some people would rather post in the Around the League thread, but I still think it is better to have everything in different threads. If everyone would rather have it different it's no skin off my back, but I figured I would try and continue the tradition. So here goes.....

I was going to be on that Preds bandwagon if the Avs didn't make it and probably even if they beat the Avs but then I remembered that 2nd round pick. A couple of spots at the back end of the 2nd round might not be too important but if I want that pick as high as possible, I have to root for the Preds to fail. I'll have to see if my love for PK Subban outweighs wanting the 58th pick instead of the 62nd.

Perhaps a playoff series will change things, but I just don't hate the Preds like I do the Wild/Red Wings.
