Groh and Saban both were HC before working for Bill interestingly enough.

So no one who worked for Bill and has never had HC experience prior to working for him, had any success as HC.

Woof.
I wonder if they are his Manchurian Candidates. Feed their egos and when they get a HC job you know the team won't be contending for a while.

He gave Josh McDaniels a 5 page handwritten manual on being a Head Coach that I am dying to see. "Hire your younger brother out of High School to you coaching staff?!"

  • Undermining other executives and decision-makers, including the head coach who helped bring him to Houston.
  • The team’s holding workouts at the head strength coach’s house during the COVID-19 pandemic after the NFL had ordered franchises to shut down all facilities, shortly before a breakout of infections among players.
  • Advocating for a trade of star receiver DeAndre Hopkins soon after arriving in Houston—one season before Hopkins was sent to Arizona in a widely panned deal.
  • Fostering a culture of distrust among staff and players to the point that one Texan and two other staffers believed players were being surveilled outside the building.

I think most of the knowledgeable football fans here along with the media know he needs to go too. The fact that he wasnt sacked along with BOB is troubling.

The timing of the Astros getting sanctioned lined up perfectly with forgetting about about the Texans blowing a 24 point lead against the Chiefs. It was the day after.
