As terms of actual homecourt, I dont think it matters this year due to it not being full. But as you alluded to, being 2nd probably means playing the Bucks in round 2. Plus playing the Bulls/Hornets/Pacers is fine with me in round 1. I think the ideal scenario is if the Bucks could take out Brooklyn in round 2. Unlikely but could happen.
