OKC is just collecting picks at this point. I don’t think they actually value Horford. Maybe they can rehabilitate him enough to sell him as an expiring contract next year.

Good lord, the Thunder were absolutely mauled with Ferguson on the floor last year. He also guarded very, very tough competition and still showed out reasonably well defensively. But he's among the very worst offensive players in the league by Offensive PIPM. He does not pass. Just doesn't do it.

This trade is fantastic. You got rid of Horford's contract and Green can help this year. I don't care about a pick 5 years from. If we stink we get to keep anyway and if we're good it won't matter that we have to give it to OKC.
