5 - I don't think the devils will get another first if Hall resigns, I think the B+ prospect would turn into a A+ prospect. (Broberg/Bouchard instead of Yamamoto if its a sign+trade)

If the devils walk away from a pending UFA Hall with the above deal, they could potentially land 2 former 1st round picks and an additional 1st round pick. That is a "Hall".

Kessel literally played one season in Toronto before Hall was drafted. This sounds pretty ridiculous, so I’d like to see where it’s from.

Hall has said in the past that Calgary was his favorite team growing up.
