It will be done in game.....Everyone (who is interested) will submit offers to UFA's and the computer will pick where they want to go based on destination, money, and term.

Any thought given to delaying the start of the league to ensure up to date rosters. I assume EA will release a roster update tomorrow, but you never know.

Once the league is set up, we need to crack through these trades, and some of them need to be in order since some teams traded for and traded away those players/prospects/picks (looking at you toronto)
