Kuznetsov and Malkin are insanely good puckhandlers. Maybe not from the speed perspective but they have pure control over the puck.

He's in the top tier, especially when you consider what he does at top speed. But P.Kane and Gaudreau get my vote here.

Second video is impressive but is being done against beer league hockey players.

Not even arguing Kovalev wasn't one of the best, but the examples you're giving are quite lackluster.
