Well it's simple, let's go get him a ring!
He's been everything they could have asked for.
Curious about the economics or other considerations on the decision.

He has a ring from 2011.
Yup and he should already have 2, but 2019.nothing wrong with 2
three (2013 as well)Yup and he should already have 2, but 2019.
Yeah, he wasn’t even on the team in 2012-13. Were they going to give him a ring for being in the wild minor leagues that year?three (2013 as well)

Why not, he's got 2 hands!nothing wrong with 2
Very well stated. I can't imagine how anyone could have performed his role any better. The perfect 7th D who is the consummate professional. His work ethic and commitment to the team even when not playing should serve as the model for the guys on the bubble.
He embodies every quality the Bruins want in their players.
I hope when he's done that the organization finds a spot for him.
Thank You Steve!!!
Hope he get a chance to play at least one more time.
He deserves a standing ovation from the fans
Probably the only 7th defenseman in the league universally liked by his teams fanbase
Agreed, I thought he would have a shot as an NHL regular next year on a team with a young struggling defense corp.A 7th defenseman that was better than a fair amount of NHL regulars IMO
