If it wasn't for Hellebuyck + shaky Rinne, we lose that game 100%.

We can't rely on Hellebuyck like that every game going forward.

Nice to get the win. Helle was great, and the Jets D were great. Forwards need some tweeking I think, the 3rd line looked pretty good but the other ones need some help getting out of the defensive zone I think. The Jets need a Perrault or Armia on the 4th line, or put Little back at center.

A lot of the possession came from Preds winning all faceoffs. For example Stastny’s line couldn’t establish much outside of the rush because of this, and Jets were hemmed in so much because the Preds always got possession.

I gotta disagree, I thought the Jets were not good in the first and Preds got some good 5vs5 scoring chances. Not anywhere near as much the shot clock would indicate but some.

Helle is a damn machine. Scheif was good. What a win boys. Home advantage!
