There might be bottom 6 forwards who are better then condra who we can acquire this off season. Condra was terrible last year in his role. At the very least i demand top notch pk ability and a willingness to block tons of shots. Who's to say he doesnt go pack to how he played last year after he gets a contract.

He wasn't even bad last year. He is consistently the exact same player.

Heres his advanced stats. No he did not lead the team in corsi. Regardless of Corsi or anything other of advanced stat. He was the primary pker on a league worst PK. Not saying it was all his fault the pk was bad but i think he good have been better and there are free agents available who are better pkers that have slightly more offensive ability and are slightly more dynamic.

kassain didnt rank in his top ten linemates. he played with smith, pageau and greening all fairly often. kassain usually played with condra when he did get ice time but imo he didnt play enough to be a factor all year

Oddly enough, in the 90 some mins Condra played with Kassian last year, he had decent corsi numbers, and very good GF% (though low goals for and goals against). This is probably because Kassian was seriously sheltered. That said, most teammates did not fair as well as Condra did with Kassian, nor did anyone but Anderson play more mins with Kassian.
