They just happened to be calling the Flames games whenever we gave our most hated rivals the low points of their season.

Whoever replaces Maher (before he started showing signs of aging anyways) will not be good enough.

Mostly because he's the only radio voice I've known for the Flames, spanning 30-some years...

Oh for sure, but Wills IMO is an average to good minor league commentator, or a poor NHL one.I would put him below someone like Kerr.
