Whoever signs him will probably be very disappointed with his even strength play if they give him anything more than 4th line minutes. Sad to see him go but he should really retire. Still a good powerplay player though so teams with a bad powerplay might be all over this

Also, hopefully whoever signs him doesn't have much of a defensive structure to their game cause anytime he's on the ice in his own end it becomes a PP for the other team

Far worse are this offensive zone turnovers where he turns the puck over on an unneccsarily risky play his linemates can't handle because he now plays with 4th liners for a breakaway or 2/3 on 1 while at the same time taking himself out of the play by falling down.

Let’s be honest, with his current speed he doesn’t need to fall down to take himself out of the play there.

I love the guy but wouldn't be comfortable with him on my team at this point other than a specialist who plays in some games depending on the opponent and match ups.

I think he should go back into modeling and when he finally loses his charming, boyish looks, go into NHL management.
