So there aren’t that many people like @Captain Dave Poulin with anger issues?
Yeah for as much as I love my teams, in whichever sport, one thing I will never understand is the whole "hooligan" thing that used to (still does?) happen with regards to soccer.
My brother is Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Penguins fan....he's an idiot, sure, but I'm not going to fight him about it. Pity him? Sure. Fight him...nah.
I see a lot of United shirts here (as well as Liverpool, they are about 50/50), and I am trying very, very hard to stop muttering "go **** yourself" at them every time I see one. I'm succeeding around 20% of the time, but I'm working on it.
Wow. You really have some serious problems.
Signed a united fan.
It’s a pretty cool experience. The stadium, while maybe in the ghetto, is a really nice stadium. You can find tickets for pretty cheap too.Has anyone been to a Union game? I been past the stadium a few times going over commodore bridge.
Ive seen games on NBCSP and have watched matches, it's I guess been the most interesting soccer that peaks my interest in the sport. I do watch the world cup and USA when they are on. However, to say I'm a full blown soccer fan like I am a flyers fan would be wrong.
I do want to go to a Union game, but wondered what it's like there.
I genuinely dont think that statement has ever been made before. There is no one in the uk that wants to be a Scouser.Go home, you wanna-be scouser.

Its almost a derogatory statement
Coventry City fan here.
Anyone heard of us..?
Nice sky blue kits, Ricoh Stadium? Coventry is one of those teams I wish would rise again and send some others tumbling back down. Pompey, Fulham, either of the Sheffield teams, Forest and especially Leeds are all teams I would rather see back in the Premier League than the likes of, like, Cardiff and Brighton Hove Albion, etc. Villa I am torn on, because I can't stand them, but they belong in the top division.
Not only does this thread trigger me(!), but it's also a flagrant misuse of the very limited bandwidth on the hf boards servers.
At the very least I DEMAND that it is deleted each and every trade deadline with a week or so buffer.
He is kidding dude
I now also demand that the thread be deleted in the nhl off-season, in the chance that Toronto makes a trade and needs the immensely valuable kilobytes this thread takes up.My bad, it’s my first thread. If it’s a problem it can be deleted.

Toronto should be happy about this thread. It's the one thread where we can all say we saw Toronto win something and you don't have to be 60 years old to do it.
Sorry, @Captain Dave Poulin
It's OK, I won't be 60 for a while. Or probably ever, actually. I could see something catastrophic happening soon-ish.
Big match for Everton this morning to see if they actually could contend to be the best of the rest (7th), or if they actually just suck. 1 away win in the last 22 matches doesn't inspire confidence for me, however.
He's garbage. The fact that Everton had to bring in a "relegation specialist" pains me. It was an overreaction. You need to get that fat bastard as far away from you as possible. Whatever voodoo he had at Bolton has long, long since expired. He probably ate it.
