Austin Wong, 235PIMs in 55 games of AJHL. Pretty impressive if your asking me.

Not really what I'm looking for. Think guys like Guentzel, Arvidsson, Gallagher...none of them have high PIMs but they could all be described as tenacious little buggers. Puckhounds who'll go to the dirty areas in spite of their size.

Jake Wise. 5ft10, but a solid 190lbs with great hands, mobility, and vision. Quite a few mocks had him in their 1st round this year, but his size and a broken collarbone for the first half of last season dropped him all the way down to the 3rd round.

I think Petrus Palmu has a shot at making the NHL. Will be difficult for him but I really like him as a player.

5'7" but 180 pounds so surprisingly difficult to knock off the puck with his low centre of gravity. Built like a bowling ball. Really strong and protects the puck well. Pretty nice shot as well. And a great attitude and work ethic which bodes well for him.

I believe Trey Fix-Wolansky fits the bill. His listed size is all over the place on different sites but average is about 5'8" 190lbs. Had 89 points and 81 PIMS in 71 games in the WHL last season

I thought he dropped because of issues with his skating?

According to the guidelines of the thread, this would of been Crosby.

5'11 isnt short, especially if you're 190 like Austin Wong is ^^^

Other than this:

Let's eliminate 1st round picks so the thread doesn't focus on the most well-known guys.

Which kind of eliminates a 1st overall.

Liam Foudy, Joel Farabee come to mind.

Also, Will Bitten, Ivan Barbashev,

Graham McPhee.

He’s listed at 6’ 174, but if he’s 6’, i’m 6’5 (I’m actually 6’)

Had a really good year this past year and his calling card is his work ethic. All hustle all the time .

Petrus Palmu

5.7 however 180lbs, he's really thick dude and also won rookie of the year in the Finnish league. Could be an absolute gem for us. His skill and hockey IQ stands out and he's a real strong with the puck.
