Once again, another "who do you miss more" scenario. Hope I'm not overdoing with the polls lol.

Zibanejad can be argued as having more skill but Silfverberg seems to have come up big in important playoff moments for Anaheim. I'm torn between the two.

Silf wasn't with us for very long and is even more of a perimeter player than Zibanejad.

This one isn't even close.

Neither, both were underwhelming for me. I guess Silfverberg because I know he will bring 100 percent effort. He was far too perimeter when he was here but he seems to go to the middle of the ice alot more now that his game has grown. Mika has just always been a dissapointment for me. He has it all except the most important thing, drive.

Do an Alfie vs Karl one. Really get the juicies of angst flowing. On a serious note, these types of polls just aren’t productive.

Silf had a cool chant, did Zibanejad have a cool chant? Nope.

Seriously though, I'd rather reverse the Silf deal, he's on a great contract though idk what he'll want in the next one, and steps up in the playoffs.

Silfverberg had so much hype coming into the league. His shot lived up to it, just didn't utilize it enough and was used poorly by the coach. Was sadder to see him go than Alfie walking away.

Both leading their teams in points. An amazing complimentary Swedish duo we would have had.

Still hurts

Zibanejad has really stepped up his game since being traded to New York. He’s be our 2C right now on a damn good contract.

I don't know about that but I'd probably rather have him and the prospect that we would have selected with the 2nd instead of Gustvasson, JBD, Tychonick, Loheit and that Columbus 3rd in 2020. It remains to be seen though. It depends how good JBD can be. If he is really good, then the trade might have been worth it.

2015-16 (OTT) : 0.63 PPG in 81 Games
2016-17 (NYR) : 0.66 PPG in 56 Games
2017-18 (NYR) : 0.65 PPG in 72 Games

Linemates :

2015-16 (OTT) : Hoffman, Ryan, Chiasson, Michalek
2016-17 (NYR) : Kreider, Zuccarello, Buchnevich, Nash
2017-18 (NYR) : Buchnevich, Kreider, Zuccarello, Nash, Fast

Ya i didn't realize his PPG has been pretty much the same in NY since his last year in Ottawa. You know the Rangers are in rough shape when Zibanejad is their best skater.

Zib's GPG have absolutely gone up though. If he could ever stay healthy 30/30 isn't out of the realm of possibilities.

That would be Zuccarello but going forward it's Zibanejad until Andersson, Kravstov, Chytil or any other young prospect emerges.

Still love Zibby, hope he has a good season.

What's the point of his poll? And why is there no option for "who ####ing cares?"

Let's come up with irrelevant polls of players from the past!

Who do you miss more:
Smolinski or Van Allen or who ####ing cares?

Pitlick or Neckar or who ####ing cares?

Vial or Lambert or nah, both those guys were beauties?

maybe this do not say much but zibanejad was crazy good in the recent world championship, he played with 100 % effort and nobody could stop him. I never seen a swedish player dominate the way Mika did in this recent world championship. I have no idea how he can not be a 80 pointer in NHL...must be lack of drive...he cant keep it up for 82 games....but man when he is on fire then he is crazy good like he was in the recent world championship....
