Addition to the Washington Roster

I am just waiting for him to sign up, but a close friend of mine will be helping out with the Washington Capitals Franchise. He will be my second AGM.

With the Capitals, all work is completed by our GM team, and a move made by any member of our team is binding. All 3 of us have the same power for this franchise.
