Condra was on the ice for like half the goals against that Neil was; I refuse to say he is a worse player.
I agree with you that neil is probably the worst forward in terms of 2-way play and skill after daugavins and condra.(ps, why i daugavins still on this team...love his attitude, but his game blows).
That being said, you have to include neil's forechecking,hitting, and fighting to his overall value. Neil, unlike konopka, will usually pick the right times to fight.
