Should Czarnik be in for Dube?

I'd like to see Neal moved to the left side just to give him a different look. Its obvious that playing on the RW isn't working.

Honestly he’s not playing bad though, he’s getting chances, his shots have just been crest shots instead of snipes so far, gripping the stick too tight perhaps.
