The average game doesn’t take 20 mins unless you make it to top 3 every game.

If he landed in tilted towers every time (the most common place to land) and played aggressively, every game could be like 5 mins on average.

I agree that it's far more likely that nobody else is using his account... I also think he can play a bunch of Fortnite and still be a successful hockey player.
