On Friday, Gilbert and Emelin were ****ing atrocious.

I hate this team and how soft they are. They get hit and hit and hit and hit, but yet many of them refuse to throw a hit back. So pathetic.

Gallagher had a pretty quiet camp...unusual for him because of the nature of how he plays.

Are the Habs gonna have both a bad PP and PK this year? The PK is really gonna miss guys like Gorges and Gionta this season IMO.

People who need to get their **** together:
- Gallagher
- Desharnais
- Gilbert
- Emelin

Let's leave the veteran evaluations for the actual season.

This is the time to see what you have in the system, so my focus was on De la rose and sekac. I thought they did rather well.

The intensity will crank up on Wednesday. You'll forget about everything up to now when it comes to the vets.

Ps- I forgot about tinordi. Not much good to talk about here.

I don't see much difference between Evan Wardley and Jarred Tinordi tbh.

Its reached the point where I expect a goal against every single time emelin is on the ice.

DD was noticibely bad tonight. Gallaghers lack of skill is quite apparent when he plays with Galchenyuk but its hard to fault him. Gilbert has been brutally underwhelming in my eyes. Sekac has earned the right to be on the opening night roster on Wednesday.

woot woot regular season here we come!!

I think Bourni should start the year in Hamilton, as much as I like him.

Waive Moen and keep Sekac. DLR too if PAPi can't go for Wed.

Overall thots on preseason:
-DLR looks like Malhotra in a blond wig. Smooth and secure, patient yet explosive. Crisp, beautiful saucer passes out of nowhere every so often. Just to let you know he's there.
-Sekac looks like a smaller version of current Jagr. Not the GOAT mullet Jagr, mind, but the playmaking NJD Jagr. Can keep up with the top line.
-Andrighetto: very opportunistic. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. Want to see more.
-Thomas: Like a soft, tender Gallagher. I guess that's D'Agostini. Hope he gets a shot.
-Bork: he's like Snuggles, the fabric softener mascot, mixed with Jarome Iginla. Makes something happen on every shift like in the PO. Keep it going, Snuggles.
-Eller: GOAT 2nd line C. Just getting over a nagging injury. Next.
-Galchenyuk: GOAT 1st line C.
-Memelin: like a mix of the past 2 seasons.
-Gilbert: Scott Mosier.
-PAP: jesus christ I hope this is his 'veteran easing into the season' thing
-Moen: sent some glass onto a Sens fan. Take that, 10 year old girl.
-Bournival: hasn't really showed much, but he's got what it takes. Like washboard abs that make Pierre McGuire go hnnnnnng
-Prust: so prusty. Warrior.
-McCarron showed a ton of potential. Soooon, little big man. Sooooooooon.
-Gregoire has some skills
-Hudon also has skills
-Bozon! I think he'll be the standout next year's camp
-Dietz plays like he's been a pro for several years
-Beaulieu picked up right where he left off
-Tinordi did not. Either too physical and running around, or too lackadaisical. The only way he'll get used tot he pace is by playing in the NHL though

I think that's everybody

It's good they lost, they will be more hungry. The were looking a little too confident and these ottawa games brought them back down a notch. Gonna have to work harder than that to win.
