Is that the same story as to why Phillips' numbers are so bad, and everyone around here thinks he was being used in a role he couldn't hope to succeed in, yet the coach still kept throwing him out there despite never actually getting positive results?

Not quite because Chris Phillips has a pedigree whereas Weircioch is having a hard time cracking a lineup that needs people like him

I trust that the coaching staff, one who hasn't been averse to sitting Phillips despite his pedigree, isn't sitting Pat just out of spite

His numbers were also very good last year and yet, here we are, once again arguing about why he isn't getting played more regularly

Possibly because his numbers being good isn't the whole story

He consistently makes little mistakes and lacks composure. I dont trust him against almost any strong, fast, or skilled players.
