Brown, but the gap between #3 and #10 isn't that big. Brown's stock has clearly dropped since he was drafted.

Chabot and White are close to NHL ready and are still developing at a young age. Brown is a step behind these two and needs to have a good year to get on their level.

I think Chlapik has edged slightly ahead of Brown. He isn't going to be a big point producer, but it feels like he'll probably get some games (not counting the 9-game intro - a lot of first rounders get that as a freebie) during the season.
