I love baseball trades, because a team can acquire another teams 16th ranked prospect and they actually believe they got value.
If this were a hockey trade the 16th ranked prospect would be considered nothing.

The equivalent of getting Mikael Backlund would be getting a very solid, everyday poisition player of value (middle infield, CF, etc.) and can hit pretty good and field well. That kind of player would cost a decent amount.
