2012 draft has some really good top players from Russia
Nail Yakupov and Mikhail Grigorenko could very well go first and second in the draft
Several interesting defensive prospects in 2011 draft for Russia:
Zakhar Arzamastsev
Nikita Nesterov
Albert Yarullin
Andrey Pedan
Artem Sergeev
What do you guys think about them?
Defense is the position that Russia seems to lag behind other top hockey countries a bit.
2012 eligible Daniil Zharkov, 6'3", 200lbs. Somewhat unknown to fans, but will be a beast.

Panarin is another player some team maybe will take in the later rounds..
Panarin is actually an insider tip,' cause he's on a team hardly competeing for anything in the KHL for the next couple of years at least. He may be more interested in testing NA.
I would be surprised if he moves, he is getting a good opportunity with his team and is making a name for himself against elite competition. The only step-up for him would be NHL.
