Figures... Korolyuk is not accostomed to the new NHL rules.

Damn, Zdeno is a horse - stayed entire PK time and now he's on PP. We have to sign him in July.

Sorry, Chara will be a Bruin. Jurcina is working on it.:D

Datsyuk's line is excellent so far, Yashin's line is good (damn good cycling in the zone), Malkin's line is so-so and Kozlov's line sucks big time so far. And I've impressed with Kasper.

Russia's PK us brutal, as usual.

They also must learn to start the game stronger, the Slovakians were doing whatever they wanted.

But Frolov looks very good to me !

yeah so far, Kovalev-Kovalchuk duo is doing really well. Flying all over the damn place. Im totally rooting for Russia in this tournament. Kozlov HAS been pretty much a non-factor.

Nice goal by the Slovaks though.

Good. Excellent hockey sense, great vision, finds open spot on ice, finds open men with passes, plays physical... Perfect C for Big O.

Really you got all of that from watching a line of immature magicians who want to hog puck?

LMAO! Sort of kidding, that line was not very good. Malkin is a beast though. These guys will get it together. I really do not like Afinogenov at all though. The guy just doesn't score, but has about a gazillion moves:) Like watching a skilled Kris Draper:)

Its kinda strange see Dats on the first PK unit lol. I mean Dats is pretty good but not exactly a PK specialist. Its kinda telling about the Russian forwards. Hopefully being on the first like for Russian will spark Dats play when he gets back. Not that he was playing badly at all, but I'm hoping he elevates his game to the next level for the rest of the reg season and playoffs.

Why? He didn't do much and at one point he pathetically waisted a chance

Its hard to play with Kozlov ( he is not a naturel C ). Alex had a couple of good moments. Looks good to me. Yeah he is the highlight on that line

I've been pretty impressed with Yashin line. Yashin is a big lumbersome center, but the two RSL players are mad quick! They're small but they were able to cycle big time because of the large ice surface and those quick feet. Now I see what all RSL fans mean by saying that Sushi is the best non-NHL player. That guy has mad skill. I'm glad I was able to see him.
