Missing out on the Risto and OEL trades is huge for us. Those are brutal deals, I like Garland but sounds like part of the deal is to take on OEL which is a f*** no for me. I'd have loved to match what St. Louis offered for Buchnevich but alas our 2nd rounder is gone in the AA deal and our 2nd next year is tied up in Duncan f***ing Keith of all people.

You have to give Arizona credit. They got rid of their worst contract and ended up getting a 1st round pick that’s higher then the one the league took away. Sure they gave up Garland but only had to take back Vancouver’s bad, expiring contracts.
