If it goes that high then we move on to other options. From all the press and the positives that have been said on both camps on Palmieri, I am hoping that he takes a semi team friendly deal to stay. It seems (I hope) what all involved want to happen.

As long as he doesn't get more than Eberle was getting, I'd be ok with it.

What I like about him is certainly the fit, but he has shown that he meshes well with Pageau and with Barzal. With Wahlstrom in the mix, we could swap those two from 1st to 3rd line to change things up or when Wally's true ascension to top line player happens.
