I can't wait to bond over Morgan Frost with you. <3Yeah, somehow I don't think he's going to get acquainted with beautiful downtown Allentown.
Not really. He challenged the shooter and took off when he saw the puck was going to his teammate. Don't worry though, he won't PK at the next level. Too small.I hate to be that guy BUT he was playing way too high on that PK/shorty. Hopefully that gets coached out of him next year.
Hegemonycricket agrees......Really going out on a limb there, Norm.
Somebody can adopt it as their user name....Frosty the Goal man
We HAVE to make that name stick.
Shame he can't wear #16, that would be a great one for him. #61? Weird. Just has to be better than Mike York.
I think they did the right thing, like Barzal, that extra year in juniors sets him up for success in the NHL.
He tried to bulk up too fast, and it showed, somethings just take time.
The extra year should allow him to carry the weight more naturally.
Frost isn't Marner, he's not so good that he could just show up and dominate.
Johnny Gaudreau spent three years at BC and didn't enter the NHL until he was 21. Didn't hurt him.
One issue with Frost is he's not ultra-quick, which helps smaller guys maneuver and avoid contact.
So the time to get stronger and to learn how to play with lesser talent and at higher speed should pay off.
I'd like #10 for him. He'd wear the number a lot better than Schenn did.
