I have liked Murphy's game in the camp so far, I see him as 7th D and the PP specialist in the tourny though. I think Reinhart-Corrado should be 5-6

Not that bad. Might make it as 7th Dman. Personally, don't think so though.

Drouin's made a few moves that are too fancy and it's not working. That might cost him a spot on this team.

Do you have anything more than just your opinion to back this up? I'm seriously curious. Have you not seen how awful he's been?

I really wish people would read farther back so I don't have to repeat myself. I already said why, Dumba is more talented than Corrado, we won't debate this correct? Dumba has a better pedigree than him, we won't debate this correct? That's why, I would take Corrado over Dumba, but it's not a slam dunk if Dumba has an average camp and not a horrible one. An average camp and Corrado's probably out of luck.

Apparently you're the only one (maybe there is one other person) who doesn't see Murphy as the 7th PP specialist, and that includes Bob Mackenzie and the tsn guys. It doesn't mean he won't get extra shifts.

Bob MacKenzie said at the start 7th defensemen at least, not that that's what would happen.

Why has Corrado solidified himself in that role beside Reinhart? Murphy can do more than Corrado in that role, and the defensive gap isn't significant. Corrado fits the role that Dumba would have in the 7th role, able to fit in anywhere, powerplay, penalty kill, even strength. Reinhart-Murphy can act as 1B offensive pairing along with the 1A Rielly-Hamilton.

People's justification is merely "just cause".
