I think they can make it if they play well. I hope they don't get relegated and it would be easier if Antropov, Semyonov and other KHL players were available.

France was pretty good at times. They defeated Norway, had 2 close games against Latvia. 2 of their lines are decent with guys like Da Costa from Sens and a couple of players from SM-liiga, Elitserien, NLA. I don't think Kazakhstan is going to be the favorite in any of their matches.

There's no relegation round this year, so their only chance of surviving is a win over France.
