Can we please just bury Legwand? Not like we are at the cap or need him period.

He's been excellent in his role. Not sure why you have an issue with him. And even if you want Reinhart playing instead of Legwand there is zero reason to waive him. We're only carrying 13 forwards right now.

I was in the 100's at both game one and game three (RIGHT in front of Eichel's goals) and Legwand stood out as someone who was faster and harder to play against than I expected. The dude is bringing it.

I still don't want to see Reinhart in the press box AT ALL but Leggy has earned his playing time.

Thought McCabe was good enough to warrant staying, at least until Bogo is back. Wanted Reinhart in Roc from the start, but if he's not headed there then he needs more than the 11 mins a night he's been getting.

I'm thinking the defense looks like this when Bogo returns:

Risto-Bogo
Gorges-Franson
McCabe-Pysyk

2nd and 3rd pairing play identical ES minutes unless one pairing is having an off game. McCabe stays as long as he shows he's capable. There's little doubt in my mind that Bysmal wants Risto-Bogo getting major minutes,

gimme...

Gorges-Risto if it aint broke...

McCabe-Bogo a pair many envisioned down the road, if the time is now, even better

Pysyk-Franson Pisser has the smarts to backup the Adventures of Cody

x Weber, Colaio

So 11 minutes in one game, where we had almost 14min of PP and he also had to go back to the locker room and get stitched up. Game flow dictated how many minutes he got.

I believe he was talking about Reinhart playing 11mins.

I believe he was talking about Reinhart playing 11mins.

I can understand wanting Reinhart in Rochester if Bylsma continues to give him the second fewest EV minutes on the team.

Only Legwand is getting less EVTOI per game than Reinhart among forwards.

Reinhart is getting PP time. But, I could see why people would think that getting top 6 ice time in Rochester could be better for his development.

It will also be interesting to see what happens once Gionta is healthy.
