I'm not trying to harp on you personally Klifton, but we see this kind of stuff every summer around here and it really hoses the signal:noise ratio on these forums. I get that you mean well, but stop digging, OK? You're in deep enough already. 
I'm going to shut this puppy down. It's more than run its course and the original post remains as unrealistic as before (even by the OP's admission). If you guys have trade ideas or signing ideas, use the roster building thread, please.
At least until there is some massive wave of media confirmation that ROR is being shopped and the Penguins are offering. Then we'll re-open. As of now the Avs have a huge amount of space, more than enough to sign both ROR and Stastny for a long time. The cap's going to keep going up, you know. And they've got a $25M head start.
