Rod. Won the Cup as Captain with 'Canes. Both different styles. Brind'Amour was a defensive forward. Naslund was an offensive forward. Brind'Amour was a 2 time Selke winner, and will likely get in the Hall, over 1000 points career. Brind'Amour also has a better PPG (0.79 vs Naslund's 0.77) and being way better defensively at the same time. Brind'Amour very underrated player and was one of the best two way player players of his generation.

I don't think you can compare their raw point per game averages in their careers since Brind'Amour started his career earlier and played in the higher scoring, pre dead puck era NHL longer than Naslund.

That's not a valid argument. Regardless of eras, he has a better PPG, end of story. That's also disregarding the fact that he found success during the dead puck era, as one of the best two-way forwards in the game, earning him 2 Selke's, and a Stanley Cup as a Captain. Naslund hasn't won any individual awards, nor did he have any team success.

The players and Ted Lindsay don't agree with no individual award
