The Oilers are

1st in the Pacific
2nd in the West
3rd in the NHL

It's nice to cheer for a good team.

I think we are seeing a team thats starting to really own Tippetts system. They are out chancing other teams and owning special teams which is huge.
What i particularly liked in the last game was that they seemed really hungry for the puck. I havent seen that in ages.

Here we are just barely at the 1/4 season mark and I am willing to suggest that this team will make the playoffs this year barring a major injury.

So I agree @Giggli G ...this does feel different and I like it.
