Might have already been done, but Taylor Hall for two teams.

One, the Oilers RBK white edge jersey. The navy was already moved to the alternate spot over the royal blue and would be phased out the following season.

With the trade to the Devils, Hall wore this jersey only in his first season in New Jersey as the devils would change their jerseys with the introduction of Adidas.

Bit of an old time one but Snepsts wore the stick in rink logo for the Canucks for a few years, I always associate him with any of the 1978 and late Canucks uniform styles. Plus no moustache and no Dave Babych type hairline. Just seems weird. Like a different guy

He looks like a teenager in those photos; wild to think that in a few years he would look like a middle-aged man.

Yea by the time he was with the Blues he could've easily passed for 50. And yet was 35-36

It's wild because even now he seems to have slowed down the aging. The photo here is from 2019, when he was 64, but he could easily pass for early 50s:

I've noticed that with a lot of guys who go bald very early. They may look 50 at 35. But they also still look 50 at 70

Corey Hirsch played for several teams, but as a Canucks fan I always remember him in their skate jerseys. But he did play 21 games over two seasons in the whale (while wearing a mask that I don't recall attracting controversy, like Holtby):

Is there any background to why he switched numbers?

Barrasso got traded on November 13th while the Penguins were in Vancouver. He joined the team in Toronto for the game pictured above on the 16th. Because the Penguins weren't at home, they would only be carrying a few extra sweaters. One of the extras is always a goalie sweater in case their is an emergency. My guess is it was already numbered 31 or the Penguins trainer, knowing Barrasso wore #30 in Buffalo and because that wasn't available, he just gave him #31.

I suspect he wore this same sweater number a few nights later in Long Island then made the switch to #35 for his first home game with the Penguins.
