Gonna get it out of the way: Not a clue who this guy is, but he has the least hockey name I've ever seen and it sounds more like a player's wife than a player. Sorry, Stars fans.

That being said, good luck to the kid. Any time a team can get a player who isn't simply a first-round guarantee is a win in the draft. A "show me" contract at 23 might motivate him enough to be a career bottom-sixer (over being a replaceable tweener).

Why bother taking shots at a name?

Quick google search will show you he was a 2013 second rounder, decent AHL success, and put up some points last year in what looks like 4th line minutes. Works hard. Cheap contract, good depth.
