Technically it doesn't matter, If a players skate is in the crease prior to the shot entering the crease. At least 9 times out of 10 they will call goaltender interference.

Barely. If Howard was playing like he played in his first three, I could see it.

But you've got another goalie to work in. And it's not like Howard is actually playing that well.
He's already had 3-4 goals called back, not to mention multiple posts and crossbars.
