Speculation: Reclamation projects for MTL after deadline

Montreal is sitting at 49/50 contracts. They’re not bringing in any more reclamation projects with dumping a few

I’m hoping Holland snags Domi for a 2nd. He’d give us the best 3rd line in the league and would really help our Cup run.

But do you really think you could convince Tie to come out of retirement?

It is a high possibility the Habs will be sellers and could end up trading away 4-5 veterans. This is all fine except they absolutely need their farm club to make the playoffs and thus if they trade away too many players, might have to call up a few guys from Laval. And so I was looking at some cheap players who could come in and fill some spots either in Montreal for the rest of the season or directly in Laval for the playoff run. These are some guys that could be had either cheap (late round pick) or in a package for a roster player

At the same time if the players do well they could enter long term plans if they are young enough

Do you think any of these guys could end up in Montreal and what would be the return?

Habs need someone like Nutivaara, but apparently it's Injury Murray that is available.

I would give 2x 2nd for Nutivaara.

That's probably close to fair value; I just don't think we're in a hurry to sell currently contributing guys off for picks.
